The annual hydrant maintenance program starts early next week on Monday, May 11, 2026. As crews move into a new area, we will share the locations where the work is taking place.
To support construction of the new pickleball courts at the Vollmer Complex, storm sewer work will take place on Monday, May 4, 2026. During this time, Mike Raymond Drive will be temporarily closed to all vehicles from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The Town of LaSalle advises residents and motorists that Laurier Drive will be closed at the intersection of Front Road beginning on Monday, May 4. This closure allows for sewer installation at the Front Road and Laurier Drive intersection.
LaSalle Turtle Club players, coaches, and family members will be celebrating baseball’s opening day with a parade on Saturday, April 25. Due to the ongoing storm sewer reconstruction project along Front Road, the 2026 Turtle Club parade will follow a temporary detour.
Additional lane restrictions will be in place along Front Road, between Reaume Road and Bouffard Road, as storm sewer reconstruction work continues.
The Malden Road reconstruction schedule has been updated, with full completion now expected in 2027. The road will not be fully closed in 2026, with full closures beginning in early 2027.
Tendering is underway for bridge work and road widening at the Cahill Drain, including storm sewer and watermain reconstruction, with construction expected to take place between summer and fall 2026 and involve detours and possible one‑lane traffic.
The reconstruction area includes the section of Front Road from Boismier Avenue to Reaume Road. This work will include lane restriction along Front Road. Major traffic delays are expected. Alternate routes should be considered, as well as adding extra travel time.
The Town of LaSalle Public Works Department will begin repair and improvement work at the end of January or early February on the Third Concession Drain as part of a project carried out under the Drainage Act.
The Town of LaSalle is committed to maintaining safe, well-regulated construction and demolition activities across the municipality. Residents and contractors are strongly encouraged to consult the Building Division team to confirm whether a permit is needed and to ensure a smooth application.
Enwin Utilities - Windsor Utilities Commission is performing watermain works at Ojibway Parkway and Morton Drive, beginning on Monday, December 1. The project is expected to take three weeks to complete. Please find an alternate route. We thank you for your patience while the work is in progress.
