MPP Anthony Leardi was at the Vollmer Centre on Friday, January 24, to announce a $55,000 annual grant on behalf of Minister Cho and the Ministry of Seniors and Accessibility. This designates LaSalle for a Senior Active Living Centre (SALC).

Located at 2190 Front Road, this new facility will begin operation with its first shift for firefighters, marking a significant step in enhancing the Town's emergency response capabilities. Fire prevention services will also operate out of this new location.
