Looking to host your next event at our facility?
- Book a facility: Before anything else, please reserve the facility with us. To complete the reservation, an available date must be selected and paid in full. Payments are non-refundable.
- Develop a Health and Safety Plan for your Event: Complete a health and safety plan with details about your event and attend a Special Event Review Team (SERT) meeting to discuss your event with Town staff. We will help you get started.
- Host your Event: You're all set to host your event. We will continue to work with you throughout your event
The Town of LaSalle promotes respect in the workplace and is committed to providing a safe and positive experience for everyone using our facilities. We expect all interactions to be courteous, professional, considerate, and respectful.
We will not tolerate unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or offensive conduct. Those who engage in this type of behaviour will be directed to leave the building and may be banned from Town facilities. Thank you for your cooperation.
