Hello residents of LaSalle, 

March is slowly creeping closer, and we have exciting activities to share this month. Enjoy the March Break Skate and Swim sessions, and don't miss out on registration for spring activities and the Early Bird Boat Ramp Pass.

Best of Windsor-Essex

The Tourism Windsor-Essex Pelee Island (TWEPI) 10th Annual Best of Campaign is celebrating the best of Windsor-Essex. The Town of LaSalle is proud to be nominated in two categories:

• Best Holiday Event, LaSalle Holiday Lights Heritage Nights
• Best Trails, LaSalle Trails

Additionally, local businesses in LaSalle are in the running for various categories. The LaSalle Collective has been nominated for Best Locally Made Store, and Windsor Crossing Premium Outlet Mall is up for the category of Best Mall. Vote for your favourites before March 2, 2025 at Best of Windsor-Essex and help LaSalle take home a win! 

March Break Skate and Swim

The Town of LaSalle is offering recreational skates and swims during March Break, from March 8 to March 14. Registration is highly recommended for these activities. Visit LaSalle Active for a full schedule. 

Spring Activities Registration

Spring registration is coming up, with priority registration for LaSalle residents starting on Tuesday, March 4, at 8:30 am. Non-resident registration will open on Thursday, March 6, at 8:30 am. Be sure to mark your calendars and sign up early to avoid missing out.

Check out the community events calendar on our website for local events. If you're hosting a non-profit event or organizing something for the public to enjoy at our Event Centre, be sure to promote it on the calendar. Visit the Events Calendar to get started.

Early Bird Boat Ramp Passes

LaSalle residents can purchase annual LaSalle Boat Ramp Passes at the early bird rate of $130 (or $90 for seniors 55+) between March 1 and March 31. After March 31, the regular rate will apply. Passes can be bought at the Vollmer Centre front desk or online at LaSalle Active. The boat ramp opens on April 4, 2025.
