Fitness Centre

The fitness centre, sponsored by Windsor Family Credit Union, is located in the Vollmer Centre, on the second floor, and is accessible by a staircase and elevator. It is an open-concept facility complete with fitness machines, cardio equipment, free weights, spin bikes and a walking track.  

The centre offers all Hoist ROC-IT circuit system equipment. Using the ROC-IT technology, members can adjust their body position with the movement of the exercise performed. Cardio equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, stepper, stair master, rowers and spin bikes.

The walking track is 123 metres in length (8 times around equals 1 kilometre and 13 times around equals 1 mile). Patrons must follow the arrows and walk in one direction.

Changing rooms are on the main floor of the Vollmer Complex. The changing rooms provide showers and lockers for members to use. 

Premium members can enjoy a variety of group exercise classes, including yoga, HIIT, and cycling, as well as access to length swims, leisure swims, aqua fitness classes, and skating when available.

Flexible membership options are available, including Basic and Premium memberships in 3-month and 12-month terms, with pre-authorized payment plans for added convenience.
